You are correct the southwest is the nicest.

But I am biased as I live here.

Any decisions made yet?
Those who take longer to get there like to start sketching blueprints...
Time? Region? (roughly, naming the continent already helps ;) )
Possible I'll drag my French friend Xavier on his NC700x along too...

BritSToc 17

I think I have decided on a date. The very first weekend in June. And if people so desire the following week in Ireland. That's Friday the 2nd of June until the Sunday. Most likely north Wales.

Seems doable, leave like May 26/27th, tour Scotland, attend in Whales, tour Ireland, get back home June 10/11th...

Looking around and thought that Caernarfon might be a good idea, except for the lack of motorcycle parking

Would they allow you to park a large group in the castle grounds and then pitch up tents :?:

You never know if you don't ask

Hm. Not too sure about Caernarfon. If you look for B&Bs there are only two and they're far outside the town.
Image Sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride. (Don't forget to vote! Not that it matters...)

We have stayed here whilst doing a charity 3 peaks challenge. Good quality rooms or a basic bunk house out the back. Ample off road parking. Close enough to make Caernarfon the ride out point on Saturday. Just a thought....
